Eucomis Comosum Sparkling Burgundy has lovely dense purple flowers borne on an erect stem. The leaves are striking in itself, sending up burgundy foliage in the Spring, followed by the 2 foot spikes of tiny starry flowers in late Summer, with the foliage changing to a deep green.
